As a therapist, it is my top priority to create a supportive environment where you can be your full self without fear of shame or judgment. I believe that therapy is a collaborative process where my role as the therapist is to be a guide on your journey towards healing or coping with a life transition, mental health struggle, or any other challenge that life may throw your way.

I offer therapy to adults, older teens, couples, and multi-partner relationships utilizing strengths-based, value-driven, sex-positive, and feminist-based philosophy to develop a unique approach to suit each of my client's needs. Many of my clients are LGBTQIA+ and take comfort in that I am knowledgeable and experienced in queer issues.

I am excited to work with individuals who want support in exploring their gender, sexuality, relationships, and values as well as couples. I have extensive training and experience working with children and adolescents who have been sexually abused at some point in their life, and they are having some struggles with that experience. You may also be struggling with what your child has experienced and feel some level of responsibility or guilt for what has happened to your child. You want help understanding what has happened, wondering if your child is damaged, and have lost a level of trust in the world around you. I also have a long history of working with children who are exhibiting Problematic Sexual Behavior towards other children, including siblings.

I have over 45 years of training and experience with children of all ages who have experienced trauma. In addition, I also treat adults who have experienced child sexual abuse and have tools, such as EMDR and TF-CBT, to help people of all ages cope with what has happened to them and shift their focus from the past to the present and future.
